Hyatt Place Chicago Hoffman Estates

The spot was spot on for getting to the mall, just a short drive away, and the nearby food and convenience stores covered everything we needed. The staff greeted us warmly and the check‑in went smoothly. The room was just right in size, and I appreciated the separate sitting area. The pool was nice and kept a good temperature. Breakfast was only average, and the beds and pillows felt a bit hard. We thought we’d have a 2‑queen room, but it turned out to be just a full‑size bed, smaller than expected. The pool lights didn’t turn on automatically, so when we went out later it was dark and we probably would have swam longer.

“Regular”

Bueno creo que el menú del desayuno debería de mejorarlo sentí que no era tan bueno también las instalaciones están un poco antiguas huelen a humedad y la limpieza no fue tan buena. Pues no estuvo tan mal pero poco bueno pero lo que sí no me gustó fue que me hayan hecho un cargo doble a mi cuenta por el alojamiento cuando pregunté por qué lo habían hecho me dijeron que que ellos no lo habían realizado que tenía que arreglarlo con mi banco y el banco me dijo que ellos fueron los que hicieron el doble cargo y creo que eso es una molestia innecesaria.

“Comfortable, good service, and value for money!”

For the price it was adequate, the service was as expected, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the fitness center had working equipment. Unlike hotels in the Chicago city, this was relatively quiet too, adding to the comfort. I wish the washroom felt a bit more like a proper Hotel than a cheap motel. It wasn’t bad per se – but the cheap quality of towels, toiletry, and bath tissue was obvious.

FILTHY. Dirty walls, stained carpet and walls in hallways, elevator and room. Will not stay again

“Comfortable and within 18 minutes to OHARE airport”

Very friendly staff! Rooms were a bit outdated and need a refresh! Service was excellent though!
