Room cleanliness. Bedside telephone - did not work. Early check with receptionist clsim she is new. Had to head to reception after 11.00pm to check with night shift staff why I cannot turn off the spot light above bed. Apparently night staff was late 11.15pm still have not arrive
The front‑desk lady helped us resolve a few issues in our room quickly, leaving a great impression 👍👍👍—really good, and we’ll come back! There were a few minor flaws, but they were fixed quickly and weren’t a big deal.
I really liked the room and the surrounding environment—close to restaurants, a kopitiam, etc.—so we’ll definitely return.
The location is very good, but the equipment feels too old.
“Good location”
The place is in a good spot, but some other guests can be noisy.
