When staff were present, they were very friendly. It was very clean, and everything necessary was on site. Unfortunately, there were rarely on‑site contacts.

The location. The facilities look very outdated. The Wi‑Fi never worked.

The proximity to the Grugahalle. On Saturday, fresh rolls could probably have been provided; stale rolls on both days? The butter portions were already expired on 21.08.2026, the liver sausage portions in early September. Nevertheless, we were still charged €9.00 per day.
