The location is great, just a short walk from the Tiburtina metro station, and the eighth floor is incredibly quiet. My apartment had a private bathroom, though there were other rooms in the building. The kitchen wasn’t usable for cooking, which was fine for a business trip. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only issue was that the lamps on the bedside tables didn’t work; I’m sure the owner would have fixed them immediately if I had mentioned it.
