All the staff were incredibly helpful, the quirky decor was a lot of fun, the rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the location was fantastic.

The location was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely, but the floor was pretty noisy. The slamming doors and tram traffic aside, the floor vibrations in our room and from the neighbours were disruptive.

I was lucky enough to receive a room upgrade to the Deluxe King room, and it was perfect for our stay; the hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options, and the location was super convenient with trams close by; the beds were super comfortable, and everything else was great—nothing to complain about.
