The location was great—just a side building of the main hotel, opposite the old town, right on the outer ring of the old town and close to restaurants and the fantastic bakery in Eguisheim. The room had everything I needed for two nights, and the pillows were super comfortable for me. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi didn’t work for me.

We ended up staying in the main building because we couldn’t find the room we had booked; it was described a bit unclearly and we only realized we should have checked in there later. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Eguisheim is beautiful, and we’ll definitely return.

Clean and nice. The room was large. The beds were mediocre, the laundry room was a mess, and the bathroom was damp—water from the shower stayed on the floor. It’s a bit farther from the main hotel, and it was a hassle to find the entrance in the dark.
