The place needs updating, the shower water pressure was horrible, it was outdated, and the bathroom still had a heat lamp. The elevator door took forever to close. The staff was pleasant to deal with, but the towels felt like sandpaper. Old and outdated.

The price of our stay was nice. However, the air conditioner controls didn’t work and the pillows were terrible, so we didn’t get any sleep.

The location was good. The ice machines weren’t working and the elevator was slow.

We had an unplanned stop because of car trouble, and just being able to get a room was good enough, especially since bad weather and long power outages had forced people to find lodging away from home. The first room we were given hadn’t been serviced – the bed was unmade, there was trash in the receptacles, the TV was on, etc. The front desk person quickly got us another room that was properly prepared and nice.
