キャンセルしてもらえたこと。. 入口がオートロックになっていて、事前にメールをもらっていたが、何度やっても入れず。困ったからメールをしたのに、返信が来ず。電話番号を調べてかけたが、繋がらずに切られた。結局別のホテルを再予約しました。17:00頃送ったメールに対して返信が来たのは、0:22。酷すぎるし最低すぎる。二度と予約しません。連絡をして、返金があったことだけは良かったです。

I found the price very reasonable and the location close to the station, which was convenient. However, after staying for two nights, the other guests ate something with a very strong odor two days in a row, and the smell from the hallway microwave seeped into my room, making it quite smelly. The room is close to the microwave, so the scent spread easily. I think most people might not like heating foods with such a strong smell.
