The room was amazing and fully equipped; we loved the laundry machine, sauna, and private jacuzzi. The view from the room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The outdoor pool was also perfect. The only downside was that the room’s view faced the forest, opposite the direction of the aurora, so we only caught a faint glow through the clouds from inside the room. It would help if the hotel offered a comfortable spot and directions to a place where we could see the aurora without being in the room—maybe a fire pit or a marked viewing area.

The welcome drink was excellent, and the dinner and breakfast were very tasty and upscale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Invisible Suite was a dream, mirrored and featuring a private sauna and outdoor whirlpool. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom had a washing machine. The view was stunning, and the grounds were tidy and well maintained. The suites had little light, which was perfect for watching the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, there was no all‑adult-only option in summer or autumn.

The location was wonderfully quiet and surrounded by nature; the entire park felt very modern. Pets were accepted for an extra fee per night. The sauna and heated jacuzzi were definite highlights, and both dinner and breakfast were very good. There were a few misunderstandings with the staff: the cleaning lady didn’t clean our cabin after we left the dog inside while doing groceries, and she didn’t return later. It was a bit odd, especially since we paid a premium for a weekend plus a €20 per night pet surcharge. The food came from a menu with limited choices, but the dishes were still very good.

The staff’s friendliness was perfect, the environment was tranquil, the facilities were top‑class, the food was great, there were plenty of activities to do, and the sense of exclusivity made us choose this place a thousand times over.
