The website said check‑in was until 23:30, but we arrived at 22:10 and rang for over 20 minutes with no one opening the door. Leaving two women in a side alley at night is unacceptable.

Nothing; everything was simple and didn't match the price listed on the page. There was no hot water for showers, which is a problem in cold Cusco.
