“Loved it. Staying there every time i visit RVA”

The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were great and welcoming, but there was no microwave in the room, so I had to step out to use one.
The spot was great, the staff were courteous, and the room matched the description, with a very enjoyable pool and third‑floor terrace. The only issues were the cleaning crew entering at 8.45 am despite the same‑day checkout, a shower that could be better managed, and a plastic shower curtain that felt out of place for the hotel’s quality.
