The location and the staff service were great. Everything was fine.

The location and facilities are highly recommendable and met all our family needs; the staff were always helpful and gave great tips on how to enjoy the city. Congratulations. However, a group of teenagers and young adults stayed in the adjacent room and made a lot of noise all night, banging on the doors, and it would have been ideal if the hotel staff had warned them or even asked them to leave the premises; all guests that day complained.
