“We are not happy as there are also cockroaches on the bed.”
The property is in a good location but the staff lack proper manners and can’t say “good morning” or “good evening.” We booked a family room for 3 adults and 2 kids, but breakfast is only available for 4 people according to their policy, so the number of guests for breakfast should match the booking. Even though the reception talked to the admin and eventually gave us breakfast, the stress we endured to make them understand our booking was not worth it.
