We loved the room and the staff’s attentiveness, especially when they left toys for our baby after we mentioned traveling with kids. Although check‑in and check‑out were smooth, we never saw any staff physically present during our stay, which made the experience feel practical but impersonal.

The room felt very cozy and the décor was beautiful and quirky; I did not appreciate having to lock the downstairs doors with a key, it seemed a bit unsafe in an emergency, but everything else was fantastic.

The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is fairly large for a good value; I highly recommend it. The doors are a bit thin and don’t block noise perfectly, but overall the accommodation is quiet.

Nothing good. There is no soundproofing in the building, so it’s not a place for rest or a good night’s sleep, not to mention the noisy coffee machine on the landing! And the bedding doesn’t hold up, you end the night on a zippered mattress topper.
