The location is ideal for the train station. The neighbourhood is unpleasant; stay only if you need to be at the terminal early.

Located in Piazza Garibaldi, Hotel Potenza offers unbeatable central accommodation in Naples, directly opposite Central Station. The hotel features excellent public transport links, including train, metro, and bus, making it ideal for island-hopping to Ischia or Capri. Refurbished rooms offer air conditioning and wired internet, while friendly staff speak English and provide assistance.

Close to the train station and a bus to the airport. The room was simple but sufficient, and the windows kept it very quiet. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The concierge was friendly. The area itself is a very dirty part of town, feeling grimy with trash everywhere; it works as a transit point but not for enjoying a nice part of Napoli.

Nothing good. The reception staff were uneven, the breakfast was meager and uninteresting. The stay was very disappointing, a place truly worth forgetting.

The place sits nicely close to the train station and the city center, which was convenient for me.

Lication. Cleaning not up to scratch Loud noise from other guests and outside in the gardens of the hotel grounds Smokers filling the corridors with smoke Breakfast inedible I.e. unchilled meats and yogurts,Luke warm coffee etc and orange juice a weird red colour. Bread not cooked and raw to eat pale white colour. Noisy area. City tax was supposed to be €54 but charged €62 mis I interpretation by Book.com. No toiletries apart from 1 small soap and shampoo. No bar or r restaurant for a 3 star hotel this is bad. Mould on the outside wall and shutters filthy!
