The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately the shower was broken and the water was cold, which defeats the purpose of a hotel for sleeping and showering. Reading above.

The location is great, the staff were helpful, and the price was good. We were able to leave our gear there while we climbed Ararat and decided to stay again. Breakfast is optional for about 5 €, fine but not amazing.

It’s in the city center, close to pedestrian streets, good for tight budgets. It’s a bit noisy with street traffic, but earplugs make it tolerable.

The staff are super nice, the breakfast is very good, and the location is great. Will come back anytime.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English. It was the cheapest room I could find and I had no complaints for what I paid. The only small issue was that the window didn’t open fully.
