I was assigned a room that wasn’t the best; it had a lot of moisture and was right next to the kitchen, so it was hard to fall asleep.

The area is great, and the reception ladies were very friendly and attentive to everything needed, but the bathroom cleanliness could improve, especially the shower walls.

Nothing good to mention. The hotel was dirty, even with dead mice, facilities were damaged, towels weren’t provided, and the service left a lot to be desired.
