The staff were really nice and the food was good, which made my stay enjoyable.
The food here was amazing, hands down!
The hotel is in a lovely spot, and breakfast and dinner were both good.
The wellness area was great, too - clean and well-equipped, and really quiet.

“Nem szeretnék megegyszer itt megszállni!”
The breakfast was tasty, which was a plus. The photos online looked great, so we chose this place, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. When we arrived we had to wait because only one staff member was on duty, handling the front desk, serving and reception all at once. Because we arrived during a restriction period we couldn’t use the wellness area, and the outdoor pool was dirty, so we avoided it altogether. The room smelled musty, and the upstairs room accessed via a staircase was left in the same state as when guests checked out. The bathroom floor was still sticky from cleaning. At breakfast there was only one lady serving, the selection was limited, though the dishes we could choose were good. We came by car, but only four or five vehicles could fit in front of the property, so we had to park on the street.

The Hevízu area is quite interesting, about a 10‑minute walk from the lake to the center, though the hotel sits on a hill so the return walk takes longer. Breakfast repeats but is fine for those who aren’t picky. Dinner was decent, but don’t expect anything extraordinary; if you have fussy kids, you’ll need to find more food elsewhere in town. The garden pool is small and the wellness opens only from 14–18, which is when people are out exploring, so that’s a shame. Outdoor seating is available, but the metal chairs and benches are already pretty worn.
