Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with luxurious linen’s; the restaurant and bar were a bonus, offering a wonderful atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and drinks and food that rate in the excellent range. The only downside was that the bathrooms at the restaurant/bar required going upstairs.

The big room had a super king‑size bed and was beautifully decorated, with a large shower, a fridge, and a sea view right next to Carrickfergus castle; the traditional Irish breakfast kept us going all day, and there was free street parking right outside.
