“Really great staff, beautiful location, shame about the musaque, concrete and food”
The staff were always amazing, the concierge very helpful, the beach and views spectacular, and the room comfortable. However, the exterior of our room was heavily blocked, offering no open sea view and just concrete; the location is very remote, and the track was unusable for two days so we couldn’t leave. The hotel at the end of the 4 km track sits on a cliff‑edge plateau full of birds, goats, and sea sounds, and it felt odd to hear endless loops of “Ibizaesque” remakes of international pop songs from dawn to midnight—inescapable unless in our room. Breakfast, the pool area, the lounge, and dinner were all very average, which was a shame.
The location, view, and pool are good, but the breakfast is poor for a place of this type, the beach is poorly furnished, and the mobile pier is hard to access and poorly built.
The view is great, the food is good, there’s a private beach, and the staff are friendly. Don’t get me wrong, I’d consider coming back someday, but I find the place a little overrated. The facilities didn’t meet my expectations. Power and water can go out, and while I understand it’s a general island issue, a hotel at this price point should have a backup plan like a generator. I was taking a shower when it happened—unacceptable. The operations manager ruined our vibe even before we arrived, insisting repeatedly that the credit card used for the reservation belonged to me, as if my transaction was fraud, despite me being ready to show everything they needed. I travel worldwide and have stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced anything like this from a hotel of this caliber. Also, they should seriously consider renovating the gym; it was a disaster.
“Hotel con una vista privilegiada, piscina increíble y buenas instalaciones de servicios comunes.”
The view, pool, and restaurant were great, but the rooms don’t match a five‑star hotel, and the breakfast is also lacking.
“Silenzio e magia vivono in questo Resort”
The hotel’s location is enchanting and magical, leaving guests breathless, especially with its private beach that shouldn’t be underestimated. Privacy and elegance define this place, and the staff and services are wonderful and flawless. A special thanks to Marina, the Reception Manager, who managed to satisfy us in every way. The road to get there is a bit inconvenient if you don’t have a car or suitable transport. I would only suggest improving the breakfast service; a hotel of this caliber should offer more choices to its guests.
