The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff were amazing, helpful, and very friendly. However, they didn’t provide enough towels and washcloths even though I listed the number of guests when booking. I had to stop by the front desk each evening to get enough for everyone in our room; it wasn’t a terrible ordeal, just an inconvenience after a long day.

The breakfast was nice and the location was great for the hospital where my son had surgery; it was easy to reach the hospital and staying here helped him recover. The bed was comfortable but the mattress felt hard, so I had a slight backache after two nights—maybe others prefer a firmer mattress.
