“Great breakfast with your stay.”

The hotel was in a convenient spot and offered a great breakfast, but there seemed to be no staff working. We arrived very late and didn’t have keys yet; the instructions told us to look for the code in our email, yet I received nothing and my phone was almost dead. We called the hotel and no one answered or appeared at the front desk. After calling another line, someone finally helped us get in, we made our own key, and checked ourselves in and out the next day.

Self‑check‑in was easy and breakfast was fantastic; the lady who set out the breakfasts was very nice, polite, and helpful. The location was great for shops, transport, and local attractions, and the evening view of the city landscape was lovely. I had a great stay and will return, though the only downside was that there was no kettle in the room.

Rene was fine, room was clean, check‑in/check‑out was simple, and breakfast was good. It’s very central with nearby parking (fee). I’ll definitely come back.

The location, food, and quiet atmosphere were good, and the rooms were a good size. I liked everything.

Breakfast was excellent, and at night a hot drink was available in the lounge area. The hotel is just 2 minutes on foot from the center of Sandnes. No complaints.
