Everything else was fine, but the hotel and room were too cold.

The location is great, the room is huge and the staff are friendly, but the lounge area is cluttered with too many stacked chairs.

I felt comfortable and welcomed, and while I didn’t eat at the restaurant the bar area was very pleasant; the lift was a bit annoying at first but I got used to it 😂.

The spot is well‑situated and the garden room is lovely, but a tiny detail: fresh milk instead of UHT mini plastic pots would make my two cups of tea a day a lot better, and I’d gladly pick it up from the kitchen.
