I was surprised to find that there was no bed available in my room, which made for a very uncomfortable stay.

I appreciated the hotel's daily fresh linens and towels, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, I had trouble sleeping due to the noise level in my room, likely because of its location.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming, which was a highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom and shower were not clean, and the towels were old and worn out.
