I found the room pretty comfy and the space great, but the generator made a terrible noise all night and the power was spotty. Also, the housekeeping was unlucky—when we arrived around 3 am the rooms were still dirty, and the food wasn’t that good.

Power cuts hit hard, the all‑inclusive promised was a lie, drinks were missing, and it was terrible.

The facilities are solid, staff are very polite, breakfast is excellent, all good, but the check‑in day turned into a mess with no power and only hot drinks.

The hotel was fine, but power outages during our stay made things chaotic. We were assigned to an area that later got power. Staff were very polite, but the electricity never got fixed during our four days.

We lost electricity for almost 30 hours, the all‑inclusive turned into a disaster, drinks were hot, no ice, and the food was lacking.
