The location. You pay for all‑inclusive and everything closes super early, and the liquor is extremely mediocre.

La ubicación y las cenas festivas como la.noche mexicana. Tenían muy buena comida. Los horarios de alberca y de entrega de toallas. Las pocas palapas que tienen en la arena Y pocos camastros en la alberca que no esta pegada a la playa

Everything was good: pool, ocean. The food was excellent. Loved the staff around the resort. The front staff weren’t welcoming and were rude, unprofessional. Even the manager was rude. I would not return. The red‑haired manager was nasty.
