The location is very convenient, the staff were helpful, and the hotel is beautiful.

The location is good, but the hotel staff are not very friendly.

I stayed in a great central place with spacious, clean rooms, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Even though we were a group of 17, they let us leave our luggage overnight while we explored Acatenango. The only downside was that on the upper floors there was no water, while the ground floor had showers.
