I never got to stay there. Even after confirming my arrival time, nobody was at the hotel to let me in. I waited three hours before finding last‑minute accommodation nearby. During those three hours I tried calling, texting, and emailing the hotel, but received no reply. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, but I still got no response.

It feels like a scam: I was at the property, it was almost closed, and a person cutting the grass told me they only open on weekends. I don’t understand why they accepted the reservation. Nothing else to add.

Llegué a las 4.30. No había nadie.llamé al hotel y no me contestó. Después más tarde me envió un mensaje diciendo que yo no había llegado. Y me dijo que me iba a regresar mi dinero. Apoyenme por favor. Ya que no he recibido mi dinero de vuelta. Por su atención muchas gracias. Qué nadie me recibió. Mal servicio. Esperé 1 hora y no me abrieron

The view on the day was the only good thing. The place was dirty, full of insects, and we had to clean it; it was dusty and smelled damp, with no fan, and there was a wasp nest outside my room. There was no TV, no internet signal, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
