The bed was very comfortable. The room is big and quiet. Breakfast offers a good variety of vegetables that I loved. The staff were very friendly, but they lacked basic training. We waited more than 30 minutes for a taxi they ordered, and we eventually had to cancel it. Also, when we asked about nearby attractions, they didn’t have the information to help us properly.

The hotel’s location is convenient and its design is pleasing, yet overall the facilities feel only average. Unfortunately, the actual stay fell short of what a Novotel should offer. We encountered several problems, the most noticeable being insects inside the room, which caused considerable discomfort and disrupted our rest. Room changes further unsettled us, and the staff’s lack of cooperation and seriousness in addressing our concerns was frustrating. We expected higher professionalism and quicker responses, especially as a family, and deserved a clean, comfortable environment without having to repeatedly lodge complaints. We hope management reviews these issues and improves the service, as the experience does not reflect the standards of a global hotel brand.
