The place is clean and well‑maintained, with parking available where you can park peacefully. The rooms aren’t huge but are perfectly adequate, each with a small balcony, which feels just right compared to the photos. However, the hotel could use a refresh; one day there was no hot water because of some brief repair work, which was annoying. The bathroom is small and not suitable for larger people – I couldn’t fit in there.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Idol. The hotel itself is very nice and tidy, right in the city centre. Our room was very comfortable and roomy, and we had everything we needed. The restaurant food was amazing, and breakfast offered a variety of options on the menu. The staff gave us excellent service, especially Rositsa Tupeva, who made us feel special with her exceptional attention to detail. We’ll definitely return. Greetings from Amsterdam!
