The place felt like a campground, the room was never cleaned, beds were set up haphazardly, food scraps were left in the sink, and hair was in the toilet. The owner refused to acknowledge any of these problems.

The view from the room and terrace overlooking the mountains was beautiful, but the space was cramped, basic, crowded, and not clean.

The cottage itself was very cozy and the panorama lovely. It was Christmas time, so the lights on the terrace were especially charming, although a small holiday decoration or fairy lights inside the apartment could have added to the mood. It was great that there were animals; they were very sweet, but the courtyard could have been tidier and cleaner. The cottage wasn’t meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the toilet—left a mess behind. There were plenty of cobwebs hanging, and the curtain was torn in a few spots. Three of us arrived, so one of us slept on the couch, which squeaked terribly and wasn’t really meant for sleeping.
