Safari Hotel & Convention Centre

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was fantastic. The internet connection was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. What we loved most was that the place catered so well to children of different age groups, so everyone could enjoy themselves. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend it and come back again! The bathrooms need an upgrade and thorough cleaning; there were no mats and only a few towels in the rooms.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. As a frequent traveler, I was utterly disappointed. The rooms were old, dirty, with broken furniture, a broken toilet, no working Wi‑Fi, a non‑functional air‑con, and some lights that didn't work. Construction outside our room ran from morning until late afternoon, making it impossible to rest. The restaurant was a bad experience: long wait times, and when food arrived half the tables had wrong orders, while the other half had food that was both burnt and raw. Definitely not a pleasant or relaxing stay.

“The hotel is good but staff needs training on hospitality there is a lady with short hair i dont know if shes a supervis”

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, and the rooms have been renovated – I loved the improvement. The pools are clean as well; my child loved the kiddies pool👌. The beds are not comfortable, and in room 117 the air‑con was not working, which made the nights in Rusternburg, where it gets very hot, horrible.

The staff were good. The room 137 was not clean: when washing water flowed all over the place, there was no globe in the bedroom, and the single beds could not be modified into a double.
