There were no positives. The staff’s attitude was poor, the facilities were old, the heating system inside the building was bad, and water overflowed from the sink drain, soaking the floor.

The room was spacious, and the cleaning seemed thorough. However, the hotel felt very bleak in a dull city, almost like an employee dorm. The front desk staff were purely administrative, with no smile or service. On the bright side, the night‑time cleaning staff were simple, hardworking, and warm, which was a plus.
