Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

It felt pretty modern, rooms were tidy and the beds comfy. For an Indian stay, the cleanliness and comfort were quite good. The staff were super friendly, and the reception guy always tried to help us! The place sits right in the middle of the chaos, in a very central area, so depending on what you plan to do, it might be handy if you’re going shopping. Outside it was truly in its glory, with a lot of noise, people and a bit dirty. The good thing was that we could get there easily by taxi and they also helped us get to the airport.

Honestly, my experience was a complete disaster and total waste of money. The place was a mess, felt like I was surrounded by total junk.
The hotel building itself is nice, but it's let down by some major issues - the rooms are cramped and there's no parking available. It's in a crowded area, so you can't even easily get a taxi or drive up to the hotel.

This hotel was really clean and smelled great - plus the service was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family, with a nice shopping street and everything within walking distance of Mohd Ali Road. The price was great too. My only gripe was the small lift, but that's not a deal-breaker.
