The staff were incredible; I wasn’t feeling well during my stay so I asked the front desk for help. The girl called the hospital and handled everything while the older gentleman ran outside and back to get me a taxi, making sure I didn’t run off.

At first I wasn’t expecting much from this room, but we were stunned by what we found. The room, as the description says, is small, but if you plan well you won’t feel cramped; the room and the whole hotel were very clean and fragrant. There was a room where you could grab drinks, and the kits were always nearby the reception. The hotel’s location is close to Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka, which is why we chose it. No complaints, excellent value for money. Despite having a metro stop 30 m away, it isn’t directly served by Kyoto Station, so it’s better to take a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Centralissimo, hotel ben organizzato, lo staff era super gentile, la ragazza alla reception era sempre disponibile. La colazione molto buona e ricca. Posizione centralissima. Stanza molto piccola ma era comunque ben organizzata
