The hotel sits right in the heart of Palermo, and the staff were wonderful.

The room quality was very good. The only downside was that there was no elevator.

The place is very charming, and breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. We stayed in two rooms: one was a good size, the other very small. Both bathrooms were beautiful and the showers excellent. The only issue was that the air conditioning in one room was weaker than we’d liked.

Great location. Emmanuela was exceptional in helping us with a luggage problem; nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast could improve—adding a few boiled eggs would be nice, but that’s a minor point overall.
