The only bright spot was the view of the castle. The room was so saturated with cigarette odor that after 30 minutes my head started hurting. There was no information from the hotel about smoking or non‑smoking rooms, and the hallway smelled the same, so I suspect all rooms are identical. The bathroom had no working ventilation at all. Towels never dried even after a whole day, which only added to the hotel’s low cleanliness level. Trying to change rooms failed because supposedly every room was occupied at that time, even though the booking site allowed further reservations.
