The hotel features free WiFi, Italian luxury linens, and a restaurant serving classic British cuisine. It's a short walk from Kensington Palace, museums, and Knightsbridge boutiques, with the West End just 10 minutes away by bus or Tube.

The location was great relative to the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park, and the room decor was beautiful, yet the next room’s decorating started early with some banging around.
