The location, the upgrade, and the staff availability are good; however, some windows are useless and even harmful.

The room size is fine, but the room is very dirty and unclean; the hotel lobby is messy with some odd items, and it looks like an old, unwrapped large appliance is standing there; everywhere there are various doctors with no space; the floor under the bed hasn’t been cleaned for a long time; the hotel is abandoned and needs repair.

This place sits in an amazing spot right by the water, the shopping and restaurant walk, and parking is close by. The staff were very friendly, the shower water pressure was amazing, it was clean, the air conditioning was on point and my balcony overlooked the shops and restaurants. Free breakfast was nice. The only downside was that my pillow was very thin, which might just be a personal preference.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center so everything’s within walking distance. In the room there were cracks in the walls from construction. There was no fridge in the room. At night, the street noise could be heard. For breakfast, although they said it opens at 8:30, by 9:30 almost everything was finished. The facilities were poor. At 10:00, when people arrived, only a few pieces of pastry were left. Compared to the price and being a boutique hotel, you expect more.
