The friendly atmosphere created by Ângela and the staff, the cozy bronze room with an excellent mattress, and the fresh local breakfast were all fantastic. I only wish the rooms had curtains or blinds to block out light, because sleeping with light in and waking early is tough. Also, there was no hanger in the bathroom to hang clothes.

We loved everything, from the staff to the fabulous restaurant space, amazing meals, and divine breakfast. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to. The only issue was that the cleaning lady didn’t shake out the bath exit rug, so when we came back it was covered in hair just as we left it, and the water glasses and coffee cups were left dirty. It might have been a busy day, but a bit more attention would help. Aside from that, everything was impeccable.
