Everything was perfect and exactly to our liking.

The owners welcomed us warmly, and the spot right by the water inside a forest in the heart of the Ardèche felt like a simple, family‑style retreat. The pillows were a bit worn and not very comfortable, but they said new ones would arrive soon. Towels and toiletries were minimal, so bring your own shower gel and shampoo or ask the reception for more.

The location was outstanding, surrounded by nature, and the river was gorgeous with pleasantly cool water. Dinner was superb, featuring tasty, refined dishes. The large family room had a comfortable bed and was well suited for kids.
