The property sits in a charming setting with a spectacular view. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, full of homemade sweets served on a terrace with a wonderful view. The hospitality was exquisite. We’ll definitely come back.

The house is surrounded by greenery and is strategically located to visit the surroundings, just 10 minutes from Spello. The rooms are very comfortable, and the silence makes for a good sleep; the kitchen is wonderful and there’s a nice terrace for breakfast. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, was outstanding! There was a wide selection of homemade foods, all superb! The kindness of the hosts made us feel truly welcomed as friends. We’ll return at the first opportunity.

The location is perfect for exploring Umbria and its surroundings. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help. The room and common areas are very clean. The breakfasts are unbeatable! It was a pleasure chatting in the morning with other guests over the breakfast prepared by Donatella and Leonello. We will definitely return if we visit Umbria again.
