“Gut für 1-2 nächte”

The place sits on a main street that is hardly used in the off‑season, which made the one‑night stay perfect. A small kitchen is available. Communication was tough because the host speaks only Italian, but he was friendly and tried his best. Finding the address was hard; Google Maps didn’t help. The property is in front of the large central parking lot, not behind it as Google suggested, and the sign is very tiny. I only managed to reach it thanks to the help of a kind, helpful local resident.

“posizione comoda”

The location is great, close to the city centre, and on a festival day you can get everything you need without a car. The room is well equipped, the breakfast is plentiful with a tray of local pastries, the room is spacious, the bathroom is modern and functional. The landlord also warned us about possible water interruptions via municipal notices. The doors have frosted glass, so when someone turns on the stairwell light the whole room brightens; I’d suggest adding a curtain or blocking the light. Even with double‑glazed windows, the festival noise was audible. The sound insulation and unwanted lighting were minor flaws. There were a few extra chairs in the kitchen, and when all the rooms eat together, someone ends up standing.

The host was very responsive and let us into the room earlier than scheduled, which was great because we were hiking on the Italian trail and arrived early. We also enjoyed the artisanal pastries.

“Very nice place and lovely personnel”

The place is very nice and clean in the town centre. Breakfast was good. Franco, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful; he picked us up when we were stuck on our bicycles 10 km from town, told us where to eat, what to see, and even helped us get to the train station. We highly recommend staying at this B&B in this lovely town. Nothing negative.

The central location and the balcony for drying clothes are ideal for hikers on the Italian Trail. We felt at home; the region is well maintained and the people are open, friendly, and helpful. Thank you very much!
