What a wonderfully pleasant and luxurious stay! Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, the room is truly fantastic – spacious, a wonderful bath, clean, etc. A delightful cake upon arrival, a generous breakfast. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was spectacular, just 10 minutes from the East gate, with a nice little pathway that made the walk to the gate and back super easy. The staff were all extremely welcoming, especially the concierge Sunny, who took time every day to help me and others plan our next day. Breakfast was amazing, the pool and bar were welcoming, and there were tons of food options nearby in Wulingyuan, with night lights and drone shows to watch. They offer free transportation between your arrival and departure points (train/airport). Free washing/drying machines on site were massively needed! I will 100% go back to this hotel when I return to this region. For those planning a trip, I would not stay elsewhere in the region than close to the East Gate – it’s way more practical to navigate the park and you can do a day trip to Tianmen Mountain from there, or Zhangjiajie itself or even go to Furong town for a night. The only negative was the wifi being weak in the room, which turned out to be true for ALL of our hotels in China.

The property is ideally located, just a short walk from the entrance of the national forest. The rooms and view of the surrounding area are very nice. Breakfast is full and allows for a great start of the day. But most of all, the team running the hotel is amazing and very professional. Straight after the booking, they contacted us and helped to organise all the visits. Our short stay, two full days to visit the surrounding area, was very well organised by them to do all the must‑see. Through WeChat, they helped and booked all the tickets needed to jump go about our day. Amazing team!

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The transfer from the airport and back was very convenient after a long drive. The room offered a stunning panoramic view, and the huge windows made it feel like the city was at your fingertips. The room itself is modern and tech‑savvy: almost everything – lights, curtains, air‑conditioning – can be controlled with a remote right by the bed. The staff deserve special praise – they’re all very polite, responsive, and speak excellent English. They helped us buy tickets to the parks, explained the route in detail, and told us how best to organise our visit, saving us a lot of time. The location is also great: only 5 minutes to the East gate of the park and about 10 minutes to the city center, where there are many cozy and tasty restaurants. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service, convenient location, and modern rooms. We would gladly stay here again! The breakfast deserves a special mention – the buffet was simply magnificent, with more than 50 dishes for every taste. There was a wide selection of Asian and European cuisine, fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, desserts, and drinks. Every morning you could try something new, and everything was very tasty and high quality. That breakfast alone becomes a pleasant part of the holiday. The only downside is the transparent bathroom in the room, but that’s a fairly common feature in many modern Asian hotels.
