Central location, easy access to tourist spots, courteous and enthusiastic staff, and car‑rental service available. The hotel is probably older, so the rooms feel a bit dated, but the amenities are fine; a renovation would be great.

Very close to the city center, staff are very dedicated and polite. The soundproofing isn’t great, and the rooms are quite small for the price.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. I spent two nights here; the hotel’s position is good but the building feels old and there were many ants. Early mornings were noisy with water running and the toilet drain seemed about to overflow, creating a loud and slightly odorous atmosphere. The wardrobe was dusty, turning my backpack black. Note that the listing said no pre‑payment was required, yet the hotel called and emailed me to demand a deposit before arrival; I paid it thinking it was a weekend/holiday stay. I also arranged to leave my luggage because of a late flight, and they confirmed it was fine via Zalo, phone and in person. After checking out I left my bags while I went out to eat, but a woman (unclear if owner or manager) told me to take them away, insisting I couldn’t leave them, despite my prior confirmation, giving various excuses about the time and length of storage. I think this stemmed from not extending the luggage‑keeping hours, which were priced higher than on the booking site. The car rental was billed per 24‑hour day; I picked up the car at 17:30 but was asked to return it before 16:00 the next day, ruining my trip to Hue.

Right in the city center, close to the pedestrian street and near the wooden bridge, making it easy to get around.
