Noise from the road was barely audible, rooms stayed immaculate, the reception office and café were excellent and the area felt cool, the rooftop was fresh, well kept, and offered great views. Our room‑service girl nailed everything and went above and beyond when we asked to iron a shirt—she had it pressed by someone else and brought it back to our room, which felt very personal. Thanks. Nothing concerned us, even the renovations at the old reception were handled well with guests as priority; a dip pool would be nice but we understand the logistics of building one.

“Surprised by how good it is”

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, staff were nice, the café was superb, and the restaurant next door was excellent.

“Clean Comfortable Rooms, but Washers and Dryer Were Not Maintained”

The housekeeping team was great! The view from our room and the rooftop was fantastic. However, the hotel’s two washing machines and one dryer are poorly maintained; their filters were dirty. Since using the machines costs only 10 baht coins, a change machine should be available because the washer costs 50 baht and the dryer 40 baht. The nearest 7‑11 was suggested for change, but they don’t always have coins. Either the front desk should offer change or a dedicated change machine in the laundry room is required.

The staff were kind, the welcome warm, the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms was meticulous every day, and the places were convenient for every need; nothing was lacking.
