The apartment was spacious and clean, and the owner, Lorenzo, was very kind and attentive. He made check‑in and check‑out effortless, helped us navigate Cuenca, told us about its landmarks, and offered welcome muffins.

The house looks exactly as in the photos, and a plus is that every floor has a bathroom (a half‑bath on the lower level). It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lorenzo welcomed us with a thoughtful detail, explained how to get around Cuenca with many tips, and parking is easy just a short walk away. We traveled with two children, and the house was perfect—they enjoyed it a lot. Nothing else to add.

The apartment was ideal for a family of five, and we even brought our Labrador along. Lorenzo welcomed us warmly and handed us treats, pointing out where to shop, park, and which museums and restaurants to visit. The fresh mountain air and the sunflower field just across the road were a pleasant surprise.
