“Was lovely and would def recommend this little gem”
The staff were very friendly, giving a warm welcome. The bright room overlooking the garden had a nice sofa in the bedroom. The large lawn at the rear was nicely trimmed, surrounded by beautiful old trees with plenty of seating. The bathroom had a large bath and two sinks. The evening meal was delicious, 10/10, and we were given a nice table for four so our dog could sit underneath, tucked away. Netflix on the TV was available so I could watch a program I was following. The breakfast room was nice, the staff were very nice, and breakfast was very good. I couldn’t fault our stay, just wished we could have stayed longer. One niggle was the old sash windows in bedroom 2 overlooking the garden; the paintwork could use a fresh coat of white paint.
