Nothing positive. The accommodation was a mess, with trash inside and outside.

No positives. The property couldn’t accommodate me, so I had to find another place and am now fighting to get my money back.

Nothing positive. There was an extreme infestation of cockroaches and other insects. The bathroom and kitchen were filthy, with outdated, unlabelled food in the fridge. Basic hygiene was totally ignored. A curtain covered a section of the entrance hall where someone slept, but it was not private or habitable. Communication with the landlord was virtually impossible: no voicemail, unanswered messages, no replies to repeated emails. Two other guests arrived before and after us, both left because the landlord wouldn’t respond and they couldn’t get a room. One booked a non‑existent caravan, and after paying, had to find another place, leaving them very upset. We were lucky to find the landlord at the back after a lot of shouting, but the room wasn’t ready, so we waited an extra hour. If you expect good communication, this isn’t it. If you don’t want to spend time clearing insects from the bathroom basin, walls, and floor, this isn’t for you. Authorities seem to allow this exploitation, and the landlord advertises the property on many platforms while letting vulnerable people suffer. The cockroaches are German, breed fast, and spread bacteria; once established, they need professional extermination, as normal methods don’t work.

I was unable to enter the apartment; I tried calling, texting, and even knocking on the door, but no one answered. Because I arrived late at night, I had to find another room and couldn't stay.
