“Very bad”

I had booked a deluxe room, yet none of the deluxe AC rooms were available when I arrived, so I had to settle for a different hotel that night. I ended up accepting room 103, which turned out to be a regular room without AC, with dirty bedcovers, no pillow covers, dirty walls, and an unclean, smelly bathroom. If you doubt me, your team can check it out. When I got there, no staff were at the reception, so I had to wait 20 minutes. There was no drinking water, Wi‑Fi, or anything else. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t sleep without AC and had to leave early. I can’t provide photos, but everything I say is 100% true.

“Worst stay ever. The pics dont match the place. Its not fabhotel stay”

There were frequent power outages at night, the AC never worked, the bedsheets and toilets were very dirty, and the bed was tilted so I couldn’t sleep at all. My brother and I stayed up all night, and other guests were fighting with staff because no rooms had AC or electricity. Even people outside the building were sleeping peacefully while we were stuck inside. It was the worst place ever, a total waste of money.

There’s no property; it’s closed. I paid two days in advance and they’re not even operating.
